I am a visual artist and choreographic thinker engaged in deep listening, presence, and conjure, through movement and choreographic forms of body based expression. In my approach and practice, I explore states of breath, sound, and sensation as entry points into interior awareness, and moving between action and rest. Engaging choreography as more than visual affect, my work attempts to conjure with memory, movement, drawing and writing as open forms to utilize. Working through the body, my practice thrives in indelible and ephemeral forms, while branches into fabrication of material and moving image. I am a practicing craniosacral therapist with additional certification in Shiatsu Anma based modalities.

Past work was supported by CHIME (Los Angeles), Puffin (New York), and Mid-Atlantic Arts (New Jersey). Original choreography and performance work has been shared at The Field (New York), HERE (New York), Joyce SoHo (New York,) Danspace Project (New York), Home LA, Pieter Performance Space (Los Angeles),  The Boot Theater (Los Angeles), REDCAT (Los Angeles), Metabolic Studios (Los Angeles),The Wolf (Los Angeles), TBA Portland, Getty Villa (Los Angeles), LACE (Los Angeles), Dance Camera West (Los Angeles), and The Armory (Pasadena).
